Amazing Hotel, the staff polite and friendly, the location excellent 2 blocks from the metro station and 3 blocks from 7 eleven and supermarket , room for 4 a lot of space with kitchen toaster microwave and stove bathroom with shower and bathtub , washer and dryer , the Japanese toilet something else , AC full , beds super comfy and zero noise from outside , A+++++ thanksss

The staff was extremely helpful! We had our luggage transferred 2 days early and when I realized, I contacted the hotel. They had assured me that our luggage was stored and would be ready once we came to check in. On day of Checking in, we arrived 1.5 hours early. I asked if we could leave our carry ons at the front desk until it was time for check in and after a few minutes, they said our room was luckily ready and they allowed us to check in early. Every encounter, the front staff was polite and helpful. Location was great as it was a quieter neighborhood with multiple station entrances nearby and very close to T-Cat where we took the Airport Limousine Shuttle directly to NRT airport. Room was spacious but lacked areas to hang clothes washed using the in-room washing machine but still worked out for us.

This property is clean and our apartment (302) was exactly what we needed. Only a few mins walking to the TCAT station. The airport limousine shuttle is a short 30-min trip to/from HND airport. There is a 24/7 7-11 store just around the corner and it offers just about everything you would need to supplement making any meals. The kitchen in the apartment is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, etc. The washer/dryer combo was perfect for our short stay. The smart TV was great for streaming Netflix. We had plenty of towels. If I had to complain about one thing, it was the smell of the shower/bath tub room. It had a very distinct smell of urine—or smelled like a urinal. My daughter and I were both taken aback by the odor when showering. Would it stop me from staying there again? No, absolutely not—but it’s noteworthy if I’m giving a complete and honest review. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there the next time we’re back in Tokyo.

Friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean and spacious especially if you have several luggages, very close to the city air terminal that has bus connections to Narita and Haneda Airport therefore was very handy to have when arriving and leaving. Close to local restaurants and izakayas that a rea great for good value eats. I didnt use them but there are several items you can rent/borrow at the front desk such as hair curlers, board games, cook ware, just thought its a nice touch to the homey style they portray :)

Clean, spacious and bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had the family room so there was a dining table and my daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk bed. Location was great, 2 mins walk from TCAT and Suitengumae station on Hanzomon line. Also about 8-10 mins from Ningyocho on Hibiya and Asakusa lines

The place is clean, staff are very attentive, very close to train station, convenience store and there’s a bus limousine service going to Haneda and Narita. So if you have a lot of luggages you don’t need to take train dragging your luggages. Bus limousine staff are very efficient and handles your luggage with care. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo in the future
