Awesome hotel for the price! Excellent service from the time you walk in the door on the main floor all the way up to the lobby. For the English speakers, we were able to communicate with all staff.
The rooms were clean and modern. While Americans can be spoiled by extra large rooms compared to the norm in Japan, these were plenty spacious for us and our large suitcases.
Let's talk location. You're likely looking at Shibuya where hotels are $300 a night. This hotel was super nice and half the price because it's in more of a high end business district. But don't worry! Tokyo has the best subway system in the world. You can be anywhere in the city within 20-30 min for 200 yen. We used the Ginza and Sobu lines a lot and they're right next to the hotel.
We skipped paying for breakfast because there is a 7/11 just outside. If you're new to Japan, convenience stores are legit options for any meal.
In conclusion, this is a very nice hotel with plenty of room space, excellent service, an unbeatable price in a nice area with transportation options to anywhere in the city. Book it.
