"The propert was lovely, our room was modern and up to date. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and clean! The bathroom was so lovely and clean. I loved that you didnt have to go through the pub to get to the rooms although there was a walkway into the pub at the bottom of the steps if you wished too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "

The room was nice, although the finer details could do with a bit more attention (dust in corners, dirty grout in bathroom). Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"A really welcoming group of people and a quick check in. Typical character building with wonky creaky floors but loads of charm. A bit cold in the room at first but soon warmed up with the heater.
