The hotel is small and while we were there, there were very few other people staying there. The hotel is next to a military base (comprised of an open field primarily) and a rural area, making it tranquil. The staff were kind and the room was a good size. The restaruant in the hotel is decent but for some the food might be a bit too spicy.
My review for Sireeampan Boutique Resort & Spa for three days stay. This hotel have a nice feel to it, Its cozy and feels like staying in a Thai castle. I'm only give this property a 4 stars because its missing a some critical personal preferences otherwise they should get a 5 stars no questions asked.
1-Rooms size: we stayed in the suite and the suite was spacious. For the facilities provide in the room was good and very much expected from a 5 stars hotel. The only comment i had was the entertainment cable where the channels were limited and there wasn't many options to watch. The also provided apple tv in the room however it was very slow and pretty much couldn't play anymore hing due to slow internet.
2-Food: the menu for the food was decent and including several Thai dishes. The hotel provides creative way for Breakfast they call it "anytime, anywhere" basically you want throughout the day and its served in a picnic basket. This meal can be eaten anywhere in the property. The really know how to make you comfortable. For the rest of the day menu for both (Lunch/Dinner) it only includes Thai food.
3-Hospitality: when you first arrived they gave us a nice welcome drink/canapés it was nice. The staff and of the hotel were avery friendly and try there best to make us feel welcomed. The hotel provide a shuttle service from/to the hotel and its free from charge. They will take you anywhere in town.
it's about less than 10 minutes from Niemman Rd/Maya Sh

While it's not situated within the old city wall, transportation is not an issue if you rent a moped. However tough luck if you choose to walk. A moped trip takes about 10mins to reach the old city in leisure drive (5km).
There is a 7-Eleven convenience store just 200m from the hotel. There are a few roadside stalls selling food also in the evening.
Hotel room is quiet for me as it's situated out of the main road. Good for s goodnight rest after a long day exploring the city.
The good thing about the location is that if you opt for day excursion, the pickup van will pick you up at your hotel the last and drop you off the first at the end of the tour. So you don't need to wake up so early to join the tour and return to hotel earlier than anybody else .
just like an apartment studio, it is equipped with a king size bed, a separate bathroom and bathtub, powerful aircons, small kitchen with microwave oven and small living room with a balcony.
However the room is immaculately cleaned everyday and the free DVD library that goes well with the equipped DVD players and LCD TV is a nice added touch to the room facility.
Strong WiFi signals and my devices just need to login once via their sign in page and can be used throughout my stay. Very handy when comes to researching for places to eat etc while stay connected with loves one at home
Although simple and not many choices, it's adequate and definitely good in taste!
I stayed at this hotel on April 2015 and it was a great experience. I loved the breakfast options, specially the pad thai and the attention was awesome. Our wooden room was beautiful and very clean, and the hotel itself looks like a piece of art, I loved every detail of it. The staff was very attentive and you can book the tours with them. In our case, we book almost 90% of them, including a cooking class that was excellent (they give you the recipe and all the food you prepare you can eat it or take it home). My husband fall sick one day (probably because he didn't wash his hands) and one person of the staff brought him rice free of charge, which was very amicable.
Noot took care of EVERYTHING Ina non pushy way. She answered questions and added suggestions when appropriate and then handled the cars ext.
Very beautiful Zen like hotel with a great Koi pond.
Definitely a must stay place and we would have liked to have stayed longer then the three days but Thailand had a lot to see in our short time to do it.

My experience was good, there isn't anything bad I could say about this place. The owner "varada" is a beautiful lady that speaks great English, although at times I wish she was present more because some of the other staff have a hard time understanding.
