You decide to build a sumptuous Thai villa in classical Thai style near but totally secluded from the city of Chiang Mai, with only a single security guard to alert you to the entrance behind large gates. You build 11 bedrooms/suites for guests and employ 30 staff to attend to your every need. You request that breakfast never be at a set time or place, it’s your house after all. When guests are few it reverts to your private house but if on your own can be a little daunting. You request dinner to be either Thai or Italian but when few guests it can be preferable to dine out, David’s kitchen being an excellent choice.
