Nuestra estadía en este resort fue sumamente decepcionante debido a un grave incidente de seguridad y a la manera en que el personal y la gerencia del hotel manejaron la situación. Durante nuestra estadía, un grupo de huéspedes estuvo haciéndonos comentarios inapropiados en inglés de manera reiterada. La última noche, la situación escaló cuando miembros de ese grupo nos lanzaron sillas y mesas, provocando lesiones a varias personas de nuestro grupo. La situación no fue atendida adecuadamente. Solicitamos que se preparara un informe del incidente, pero nuestra petición no fue atendida. También identificamos a las personas involucradas y, aun así, no tomaron las medidas necesarias para atender lo sucedido. La Policía llegó a la propiedad, pero sentimos que el incidente no se resolvió adecuadamente. Durante toda esta situación, nos sentimos desprotegidos, inseguros y con temor por nuestra integridad física. Lamentablemente, según nuestra experiencia, no recibimos el apoyo ni la protección que necesitábamos en un momento tan delicado. Esta experiencia afectó significativamente nuestra estadía y nos dejó profundamente decepcionados con la manera en que el hotel manejó un asunto tan serio relacionado con la seguridad de sus huéspedes.
