We stayed at Paradisius Gran Cana from May 28 to June 3. The property is gorgeous, clean and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. We had the best concierge Omar!! He helped us with everything that we needed. He brought us towels, drove us to the water park and made reservations for the restaurants. He really went above and beyond and we are so grateful that he made our family vacation stress free. We can’t wait to book our next trip md as for him as our concierge again. The best restaurant was Tori (Japanese restaurant). Jenny, Miguel and Cristian are a gem. They provided excellent service and were always so friendly. They were very accommodating. At the buffet, Daniel always greeted us with a smile and prepared delicious eggs for us every morning. We preferred the food and service at the buffet over Lemonfish à la carte for a family concierge only. Our room was very clean and organized thanks to Julia. She was so sweet and her attention to detail was amazing. Beach was pretty clean (almost no sargassum) and just a 3 min ride from the hotel. Water park and pools were also well kept and in good condition.

Overall experience was very good and we didn’t have any complaints. Just need fan in the room .AC was little slow.

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

overall, it was a very good experience. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere.However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The drinks were not always prepared perfectly and felt a bit inconsistent. Additionally, we found the dinner options to be quite limited. We ate at the buffet most nights but unfortunately did not enjoy the food, as many dishes lacked flavor and were not very delicious.It is a wonderful resort, but the dining and beverage quality definitely has room for improvement.
