"We stay at Cartwright Gardens, Bloomsbury, several times a year. The location is pleasant, opposite a small park and excellent for access to trains, buses and underground. The staff are always helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped."

"We liked this place, didn't love it. There was no way to regulate the room temperature. We also noticed that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The walls need some sound-proofing. It was priced right. The neighborhood was great. It was a quick walk to the tour buses and British Museum. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. The street noise was very loud. All in all, it was a good place for the price we paid."

"Good strategic location near British museum and tube lines but far enough away from the main attractions that things like this hotel and restaurants are reasonably priced. It is a typical small older hotel with minimal amenities but I don't hold that against them"
