Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Staff were amazing and so accommodating , clean room, light and airy, highly recommended place to stay. Tube station pretty close by too.

Fab little hotel attached to a pub just near Farringdon, so handy for travel this hotel was comfy, quiet and really well decorated/furnished. Not like the usual rooms above the pub this has a separate entrance. Free snacks and a really well fitted out bathroom. I stay at a lot of hotels and I got by far the best nights sleep here than I have for ages!!

Excellent hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Great location, only about 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube. Free welcome drink was nice and lovely touch with some macarons in the room with a note to say happy birthday. Espresso machine was great and great tea options provided (kettle in the room). Shower was excellent, bed was so comfy, nice toiletries, hairdryer provided and iron and ironing board. Also appreciated the other free soft drinks in the fridge, not to mention fresh milk. Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

Amazing staff!

The history of the building is so interesting, all the links with the Titanic (look for Lucky George the dragon on the grand staircase). And the location is superb, easy walking distance into the British Museum, Shaftesbury Avenue and Soho
