When booking it said free parking but it didn't say that you need a permit for week days. This ment we had to be away from the property 11 -12 noon and 6-7 pm every day. The house was excellent for our family. The kichen was well equipped, the dishwasher was a little temperamental. Never quite worked ...
I like everything. The hotel is very close to the train station which was good for me.
The check-in staff were lovely, but some of the restaurant staff were lack-lustre and slow. Service levels need to improve.
The hospitality and catering for needs was amazing . Really went out there own way
it’s in a great location with views of the sea and pier if you get a sea view room
Location was perfect, bright airy rooms - Pillow’s fall down back of bed which is a little annoying
