I stayed here with my partner for a festival and the property was in a great location, a short walk from the town and plenty of busses nearby. The house was immaculate and Babs was the best host, she immediately made us feel so welcome, safe and comfortable. Babs answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel like no bother at all. The house and all communal areas were always clean and there was always plenty of food and juices for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and we slept easily. Alternatively a train from Brighton Station to Falmer is just 6 minutes and is ideally if you have an onward train connection. Very reasonably priced with excellent hosting throughout.
