"Basic room for the price A bit of a maze to find your room Great location but thats all it has going for it. In contrast to the harbour hotel in richmond this is nowhere near that standard. But disappointing. Also at 3am we awoke to the banging and clashing of trash from a local bar that went on for ages. Terrible stay in honest. Will stay at another hotel the next time we go. They also do let you know until youre there, that there is a £10pp charge to use the facilites per day. I wish I'd have known that before. "

We upgraded to the deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. The bistro was delicious and Mohammed was attentive throughout the service. The bar staff were always polite.
