Lovely staff, great room with views of the beach but surprisingly quiet (top floor). Really comfortable bed and fan was helpful for hot evening. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back!

We were going to an event at the Brighton Centre, so the location of the hotel was perfect and easily walkable from the railway station. The hotel was quirky, being in an old building and clean. Our standard room was compact, with a comfortable bed, good shower and everything we needed for our short (one night) stay. The breakfast was also nice (not the full English) with tea, coffee, fruit juice, excellent yogurt, granola and toasted sourdough. We would consider booking again when we're next in Brighton.

Hotel was more like a HMO Staff were not welcoming. Local parking is £34.50 over night. I would say over all if you are a student you’ll love it, everyone else stay clear

The room we had was a pretty salmon pink. Even though we hadn't booked a sea view we still had a little slice of it from our window at the side of the building. The room was clean and we had a great night's sleep both nights. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated. We didn't try the breakfast because we had plans both mornings but there was a small area in reception to buy snacks and drinks which I thought was a really nice touch. The hotel is also in a great location, directly opposite the beach and a few minutes walk up the road leads to streets filled with shops and places to eat. The person manning reception was very helpful and friendly, and recommended us an area of town away from the more touristy areas to shop and dine. Would definitely recommend!

Good stay, extremely friendly staff

Only stayed for a night, but all was well. All staff were down to earth and easy to talk to, bed was very comfortable, bathroom a good size. Had all the regular amenities and it was located right in the middle of town next to the pier. Only downside is the lack of parking, we used the NCP nearby, which can be costly.

I have enjoyed to stay at the hotel because you can find a lot of restaurants options to eat around the area. The staff is nice and the hotel is easy to find. Would be great a refurbishment in the building also the room would be better if they had a mini refrigerator and tv. Overall was 7,5 out of 10. I would recommend the hotel.
