The ladies we met were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Harlequin room which had a nice big comfy bed. The bathroom was very small and smelt quite musty but it was clean. It was very quiet at the property which we loved. The continental breakfast was a bit chaotic and a little different to what we expected but the ladies did their best with most people arriving for breakfast at a similar time!! There were a few levels in the property and no lifts so although not a problem for us, bear in mind if you have any mobility issues. We had a parking space luckily right outside the propert and the permit cost £17 for 24 hours which we thought was quite pricey but on comparison to other parking places was better value for money. We were about a 10 minute walk from the centre of everything! Overall a pleasant night's stay.

The room was clean but very small not like the photos suggested staff were friendly breakfast was a continental offering which was nice and parking would be an issue if we had brought a car . I wanted a room with a Seaview when I booked and this would be impossible as the hotel is up a side street of the main front promenade very dissapointing

First time visit to Brighton and wasn’t too sure where to stay. This boutique hotel didn’t disappoint. Location was ideal walking distance to beach, the Lanes etc. Our room on the top floor was perfect - spacious, modern and a large comfy bed. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. And continental breakfast was more than enough. Would I recommend? Without hesitation

Das Blanch House ist ein kleines Boutique Hotel, von dem aus viele wichtige Orte in Brighton zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und die Betreuung und der Service hervorragend. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die sanitären Anlagen sind dem englischen Standard entsprechend. Sie sollen demnächst erneuert werden. Das Frühstück ist kontinental, nicht englisch. Es gibt immer frischen Fruchtsalat, Toast, Aufschnitt, Käse, Croissants, Joghurt und Cerealien.

This property functions like a guest house with a welcoming gal: cozy bedroom-like room; reminiscent of a big English home. And the windows actually open! Unlike traditional hotels where an open window is unheard of! Convenient stroll to the English Channel and beach. It was a sweet spot.

Such a lovely hotel, and the staff are so warm and helpful. Lovely comfy bed, good aircon, decent shower. The walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend earplugs.

My husband and I stayed at Blanche house when we were in Brighton for a conference in April. Jana (spelling ? ) and her team were absolutely lovely. Warm welcoming helpful they really made this stay extra special. The breakfasts were just right. A nice selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cheese and meat, toast and croissant. I was also very excited when I discovered a little pot of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds which were a nice touch. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the chandelier style light near the bed which I kept hitting my head on, but that’s not a big deal. The shower worked exceptionally well with great water pressure and nice hot water. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept really well.. As I said my husband and I were there for a conference and the hotel is a really easy walk to the conference centre it was about 15 to 20 minutes. It is also close to some really great restaurants and bakeries. We will absolutely go back to Brighton and we hope that we can stay at hotel Blanche again.

The hotel was a bit tired in places but the room was absolutely fine and the staff very friendly and helpful. Parking not easy but found a space within 200m or so after dropping bags off and buying a 24 hour permit.

Pleasant stay in a cosy room. Bed was super comfy and and staff were lovely and helpful. Shower pressure and temperature was devine! Location just outside the main town centre which is only 5-10min walk away and means it's a little quieter. Continental brekkie was tasty and filled us up for a day in town. Would stay again.
