"Great breakfast daily included with stay. Room was very clean, although small. We were provided with bottled water daily. On site restaurant had great food. The view from our room was really nice. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. And the hotel was very convenient to tour bus stop, Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We had a great stay at this hotel. "

"Was hoping pool would be larger and in a unfilled room. Instead its in the basement, small, and was experiencing renovation construction on one of the long walls. They can say they have a pool but its sub standard for such a grand hotel!"

"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"
