Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Very friendly staff and lovely comfortable room. This was our second stay here and I would say rooms have been refurbished since our last stay.

This is the second time that I've stayed here as I have family nearby. Have enjoyed both times. The staff are always friendly and professional, the breakfasts are always fab and this time (with regards to the pandemic) they adapted to the changes very well. I was more than comfortable with the way the hotel was managed in terms of cleanliness and safety etc. Would recommend.

Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot.

I would recommend this hotel. We used it as a stop over before a cruise. It is very handy for the cruise terminal. The breakfast was an added bonus as it was included in the price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which area of Botley is best to stay in for pet-friendly hotels?
The best area to stay in Botley for pet-friendly hotels is generally around the outskirts of the village, particularly near areas with green spaces and easy access to walking paths.
For families travelling with pets, the areas bordering the River Hamble or close to Botley Wood and Manor Farm Country Park are ideal. These locations offer plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor activities with your dog, without being too far from the village centre's amenities. Hotels in these spots often have grounds or are adjacent to public footpaths, making it convenient for pet owners.
Couples looking for a relaxing break with their furry friend might prefer accommodation slightly outside the immediate village centre, perhaps towards Curdridge or Durley. These areas tend to be more spread out with larger properties that often welcome pets, providing a more tranquil setting and direct access to the countryside for strolls.

For a relaxing outing, you and your furry friend can enjoy a walk along the River Hamble. Another excellent option is to visit Manor Farm Country Park, just a short drive from Botley. This expansive park offers various walking trails through woodlands and open fields, providing lots of sniffing opportunities for dogs. While dogs are generally welcome on leads throughout most of the park, it's always a good idea to check their specific guidelines regarding pet access to certain areas, especially around farm animals.
