Loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool - will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service from hotel staffs..

We were directly above the Beatles Story and couldn’t hear a thing 😁 Lovely quiet room and we liked the exposed brick in the room

Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere. This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Highly recommended

Fab hotel, fab staff highly recommended

Everything nice 😌

Very comfortable bed

Great customer service, hotel smelt lovely and everything was clean and fresh.

Great stay - nice and clean and great location 👍

Friendly and good service

We had a couple of nights stay here before Christmas. The staff are all delightful and so helpful. Especially the deputy manager. I had had a hip replacement so they changed our room to a ground floor room without us having to ask. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having mince pies on the reception desk was a nice festive touch. As other reviews have said the place is spotless and we had a very comfortable stay.
