Great welcoming staff and an amazing hotel. What a view!

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

One hell of a night the appartement was tidy and clean splendidly thanks to Raja a the reception who has been really helpful and professional! The view from the balcony was amazing and delightful. I will definitely be back.

Really great location and secure. Excellent communication with host 24hrs before and throughout stay. Very helpful and helpful. Best experience I've had in a long time. Rooms all spacious and plenty of towels and cushions. Even had fans for if you were too warm. Car parking right outside and tube max 5mins walk. Can't rate it high enough.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.
