The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel close to Westfield and its shops and transport. Excellent for trains to the O2 for a gig. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent We would definitely stay again

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised. If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

Simple accommodation of the best sort: clean, efficient, comfortable. Excellent idea to have tea and coffee available in the breakfast area at all times. And breakfast itself was just right in what it offered. Friendly staff too. All in all excellent value for money.

This is a truly charming and welcoming place. We arrived in the very early hours, almost at dawn, having flown in to Gatwick on a slightly delayed flight. Booked in advance and having contacted the owner they arranged everything perfectly for us, including adding an extra bed which was made up in advance and looked very cosy. This was the (almost) perfect place to stay and we'll definitely be back. We were upgraded to a triple room as we had requested a quiet room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable (and quite spacious for a London hotel) and breakfast the next morning was plentiful and set us up for the day. The hotel is only a short walk from both Pimlico and Victoria stations. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. A little gem right on Camden lock.. well done Holiday Inn express from our arrival to us checking out an leaving the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or attentive to our needs.sretting thru the the front glass doors into a fresh smelling bright and airy reception .. with a coffee/snack bar and complimentary water st ation.
