"We were in room 4 ,the room above was was very noisy with creaking floor boards ,which affected our sleep as they kept getting up in night. Showers and toilets were noisy when In use and workmen outside started at 8ish on roof. Room itself was a good size and very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just noisy which we appreciate can't always be regulated,as it depends who stays. "

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

The negative, the noise I can hear everything from the room next door. The bathroom needs to be up upgraded, The water pressure coming out of the shower was very low, to get hot water you had to leave the water running for a while.
