Apex City of Bath Hotel

Apex City of Bath Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and was ideal for a weekend away with friends from university — a real treat! The staff were helpful, the spa area was lovely and breakfast was excellent. We were also able to request a non-feather pillow, which was much appreciated as one member of our party has allergies. Only a couple of small details detracted from an otherwise excellent stay. Having travelled from Scotland, the North of England and London, we arrived at around 9pm and would have appreciated being able to order a snack and a drink through room service. Unfortunately, the Apex Hotels QR code showed every room-service option as unavailable. The room had been booked for three adults, but only two cups had been provided for morning tea, so we needed to request a third. These are minor points, but at a hotel of this standard and price point, it is the small details that complete the experience."
