"Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year."

"Hotel is lobby and bar area are beautiful, slight issue with our room paid for a superior double but on entering room I realised we had an adjoining door to another room which was occupied by other guests didn’t like this idea at all ,the room was very small with the bed up against the wall nothing superior about the room ,the lady at reception confirmed it was infact a superior room but was happy to change me a better room , the location of hotel is perfect , I would stay here again"

Both breakfast and evening meals were of a very high standard, offering excellent quality, great flavour and attentive service. Dining at the hotel was one of the highlights of our stay.The location is ideal for exploring Warwickshire. We found it perfectly situated for visits to nearby attractions including Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, both of which are within easy reach.
