Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (274)
"Excellent customer service - organising a
dog
-friendly room.
Dog
enjoyed the treats. Lovely atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Very comfortable room - exceptionally clean and a good size. Fluffy white towels provided. Plenty of car parking. Would have been nice to have had a coffee machine in the room, real fruit juice at breakfast and hot coffee at breakfast (it was rather luke warm). That said, breakfast was very good. The grounds were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed a walk from the...

Alcester Inn

3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (274)
"A good budget option in a nice location. A short walk to the pretty centre of Alcester, and right next to a park. The building is ugly but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good basic stuff and there are plenty of vegetarian and some vegan options. No major complaints just a few minor niggles. It suited our needs to be in the area without spending a fortune."

"Sue and Wayne are wonderful hosts who were very welcoming yet non-intrusive. We booked the property for a couple of nights to enable us to visit parents after lockdown restrictions lifted on 12th April. This was a perfect retreat for the two of us and our two sons aged 17 and 19 years old. The property and surrounding grounds are every bit as relaxing as described and the property itself was ideal for our family, including Murphy the
dog
. We managed to have a wonderful at the nearby Arrow Mill...

Arrow Lodge at Ragley Estate - sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (17)
"Great little cottage set in fantastic grounds. One major problem for us was holes in the garden fence on rd side that our
dog
was able to get through. We also found the booking misleading. We booked the property based on being able to take
dog
and have hot tub use. We were emailed after to tell us these were additional charges. Once money was non refundable. Seeing as we paid extra for hot tub I’d have expected it to have been pre heated ready to use upon arrival. As it’s a wood burner it takes...
