Love this home from home! Ideally nestled between Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton: culture, history and buckets and spades! Jules offers the warmest welcome and a delicious breakfast. Derwent House is a gem!
Wonderful ambience, great staff, exceptional cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Only comments are that the ensuite bathroom was a bit tired, but functioned perfectly. Also there was no fridge in the room.
We had an enjoyable three nights at Bootmenders. The property is a lovely rural setting although close to towns and pubs. Jenna looked after us very well and was available to answer any questions we had. Would recommend a stay.
Staff were amazingly helpful in providing us with a stress free relaxing weekend. Food was amazing and plentiful from breakfast to evening meals. Will definitely be going back. If not for a stay. Certainly for a meal and drinks

The breakfast was a basic continental ...
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The full English Breakfast was a great way to start every day. The B&B is less than a minute walk to the path along the English channel. Great experience.
