"Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay. Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront."

"This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The house was clean and tidy but, unfortunately, the 'Condition' review dropped to a lower rating for us. The barbecue was in such a greasy and dirty condition that we had to abandon our plans to eat barbecues in the fine weather. This was disappointing, especially as we had paid a premium price for our short stay."

"Fantastic location overlooking the sea. The aprtment is very comfortable although there are a number of stairs & 3 heavy doors to negotiate. It was generally well equipped although some handwash and a second roll of loo paper would have been helpful.We loved being able to walk along the seafront. It was also easy to look after our dog despite having no outside space of our own because there was a large expanse of grass directly opposite the flat.Parking was a challenge and some days we had to...
