"Comfortable, quiet room. Great breakfast. Only one block from Victoria Station and Underground. Close to two theaters. Lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed 4 nights and would do so again "

"I mean, it's the main hotel for Gatwick Airport so there's not much to say: it's clean, it works, the staff were very nice, there's lots of choice for dining, and you're surrounded by fellow travellers. The rooms feel dated, but I doubt there's much impetus to give such a massive place a facelift if nothing's broken or peeling. "
