"The staff is excellent all very helpful and friendly. My family and I had excellent interactions with each member from the day we checking in to checking out. The property is well maintained. It's within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation and right on the river. We walked to landmarks in both directions on the waterfront. The only surprise was that the guest rooms don't have a view of the river."

"We stayed here at the end of our trip and wished we had gotten to stay here longer. Place was beautiful, staff super nice and breakfast was outstanding. We had a little hiccup with our TV and the guy helping us was very professional. He had to come back 3 times but fixed the problem and then the hotel made it right by comping our breakfast. Made us feel like they really were apologetic towards our mishap. Would definitely stay here again when back in town. Everything was great. "

With the Thames at our feet, we enjoyed relaxing strolls on sunny days and could make our way to other parts of London easily thanks to the tower bridge tube station nearby. "
