"I never had my room cleaned the entire stay, the 3rd day I had requested multiple times to have my room cleaned no answers no sheets. It was not until 11pm when I came back from an excursion that I went down to speak with the night crew was things changed. Provided an upgraded room (that room also was never cleaned once lol). I was told I would be a oriority once I mentioned the bugs and new sheets no answer."

Lorsque j’ai remis nos trois passeports, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation, avant de constater qu’elle était bien à mon nom. Une fois la réservation retrouvée, on nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre et expliqué comment nous rendre à la chambre. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée concernant le déjeuner inclus, pourtant déjà payé; j’ai dû poser des questions pour obtenir les détails. Le personnel au buffet n’était pas particulièrement serviable et semblait assez sérieux. J’ai également remarqué un manque de propreté dans certains espaces communs, notamment les ascenseurs. En revanche, le déjeuner était excellent : grande variété, beaucoup de choix et nourriture de qualité."
