"The Hotel was very easy to find just a few minutes from j11 off the M5 The room was very nice very clean with a very comfortable bed. "I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect. The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear people using their toilet in the room next door/above. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff and quick ordering/service. Delicious coffee! Lots of nice options from the continental and the made to order breakfast. We did use the spa facilities but didn't have much time due to the nature of our stay. Nice and clean, warm pool. Robes and flip flops provided. We didn't have any treatments. I would stay here again!"

"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."
