"I stayed here for one night because I had an early flight the next morning. The front desk associate was polite. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was great, I had a balcony overlooking the runways. It was so convenient to stay at the airport. I definitely recommend and will stay there again. "

"Hotel was massive. They have 11 restaurants and bars on property. The have valet $50 a day, self parking was $30 a day BUT through Expedia ours was free they said. The hotel room was nice and spacious and with high valted ceilings. They do allow dogs for a fee. We had a dog on our floor that would constantly was bark when the owners werent there, it was annoying, after complaining 4 times in about a 12 hour period, Guest service advised they could move our room, but not theirs, even though by...

"Love the grounds and poo. Proximity to Epcot and Hollywood studios was great , you can walk to both parks, saves time not having to wait for transportation Java coffe on site was a great feature, they also have great sandwiches. "

"We loved our stay here but we were so disappointed by how the pools were freezing. So many beautiful pools and lots of people sitting along the sides because they were too cold to swim in. So, we got in the hot tub and about 8 little kids joined because they were freezing too. Also, we were disappointed that we had to pay for self parking every night. We didn’t move our car once we got there but we still had to pay everyday for parking. I hope Swan hops on board at least by taking the parking...

"I stayed here for a conference and truly loved it. I like that the restaurants that offer the menu to the others. The room was so clean, ac cold, great hot water. I loved their conference space,so many breakout rooms. I'd stay here again. "
