"I am not happy for what I paid. They don’t even give you a bottle of water. I waited about 30 minutes for shampoo to be delivered to the room. Asked for late check out and they did not wanted to give me the option. Asked for beach towels and they do not provide it either. The floor is broken in the reception, when you walk in is the first thing you see. I expected a better looking place and better service for the amount of money changed. "

The elevators were out of service so i had to take the stairs up to my room with heavy luggage, room had a moldy smell, no ice other vending machines available . Entrance way was extremely slippery almost fell a few times due to the tiles and heavy rain."
