I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that

Parking wasn’t the best and check in was a nightmare but, the staff was very hospitable and did everything to appease us during the lengthy wait. Hotel is amazing, clean, amenities and staff are great. It was my birthday and they upgraded my room with a beautiful view. Only issue was with FedEx, horrible customer service. Other than that overall it was a great experience!
