My only critiques are: 1) the $40 per night parking; 2) no one answered my phone calls the two times I called to inquire about parking; and 3) the train was loud. On a positive note, the location is great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. But, if you book the studio suite, they all face (and are very close to) the train tracks. Trains come fairly often, are noisy and so, don't book this hotel/room if you don't have a great noise machine or expect sleep.

Wow, what a gem of a room! The view is absolutely STUNNING - the sunset over the city skyline and the marine took my breath away 😍. The room itself is immaculately clean and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud 💤, and the decor is modern and chic. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a view. Five stars isn't enough!

The room was clean and nice, the problem was there was a dog barking from 8:00 pm until about 7:00 am, constantly. It was in a room adjacent to us and there was no way to rest as a result. The place is nice, and the staff seemed great. But maybe mixing residential and hotel is the cause of this particular issue.

The hotel itself had good amenities, gym, pool Game Center. The room could have done with a proper table to eat at and work at. Although there is a work space in the building, I would have liked the ability to sit at a table or desk in the room to work.

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I went on a solo trip to Florida, and this was the perfect place to stay it honestly felt like I had my own apartment on vacay . The property is beautiful, with so much to do, and I especially loved the pool. The location is perfectI was able to walk everywhere bars, restaurants, and stores. Although the train tracks are right outside the hotel, they were never too loud for me, and I slept like a baby every night. The reviews definitely exaggerated the noise.
