GREAT PLACE!!! Most underrated for sure…gym is next level, rooftop pool and multiple hot tubs on 11th floor, so many great food options, close to everything, lots of rooms have good views. There is a train that can be loud that’s right outside 50 ft away.

We used Uber, so we did not park our car. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We had just gotten off of a cruise and was flying out the next morning. They let us check in early. It is such a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing.

Very clean and beautiful property right on the river. Excellent food options all around the hotel. Very walkable all around the river walk. Only downside is the closeness to the train tracks. Trains didn’t keep us awake all night but you definitely heard each train that passed.

The hotel is right next to River Walk with tons of restaurants, bars, night life. Even though there is lots of activity nearby, its quiet and the pool area is large and relaxing.

Clean room, kind staff, didn't use hotel amenities but it had a lot. Their system may need an update as it had trouble processing our reservation and getting us our room key but this was resolved pretty quickly and hotel staff allowed us to drop off our things in our room by using security.

It was very clean in a great area, lots of restaurants near by. Gym was great, really enjoyed our stay. There was some complaints others posted about the train and it wasn't even load, this was not an issue.

Loved the facility and location. If you are a light sleeper- you may want to look elsewhere. There’s a rail track directly next to the building. Nearly every hour, freight and passenger trains pass ALL NIGHT long. It’s like 100 dumpsters being emptied every hour. Area very safe and walkable. Enjoyed the riverfront location.
