We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a studio suite, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We only had a problem with the hot water on the last night but we let the staff know so they could correct the problem. Overall I would def recommend staying there, especially for long family trips as the onsite amenities are great.

All staff we dealt with were excellent. The suite was ok, comfortable and pretty clean. The air handler was very noisy. The Resort should offer some type of shuttle service to area restaurants, shopping and attractions.

There was someone's old socks and underwear hiding in the cabinet in the bathroom. Also, there was no room service for the 4 days we were there. Amenities were nice but the only restaurant closed at 10pm and there is nowhere for breakfast with the exception of one coffee outlet with a few things for the whole resort.

I love the property and the amenities. I stayed 2 nights and my TV didn't work either night. I spoke with front desk after night 1 and they said it would be fixed but no success. Also I had no hot water the first morning I was there and slightly warm on morning 2. After a long day I enjoy kicking back and watching a little television in the evenings.

This condo was not our first choice. I had originally booked something else however I was notified of a flooding issue so Expedia rebooked us here. When I arrived to the lobby I had very high hopes. The staff was great, the lobby was beautiful and check in was quick and easy. The room it’s self was clean but it’s very outdated. All the furniture and decor seems to be from the 90s. The mattress were very firm for us. Thankfully we were only staying two day. The pull out sofa beds definitely need new mattress. They have seen better days. I would not recommend anyone sleeping on them. The small pools were nice… But nothing special. We did not do the water slides because they were $25 per person is absolutely ridiculous. The property did have a small food court. We had the pizza on the first night and it was very good. We played bingo one evening out in the courtyard (it was free to play) the prizes consisted of small gumball size bouncy balls and kiddy straws lol. The game room was fun and is a pretty decent size. They also have duck bowling. Of course these things you have to pay to do. Overall the stay was just okay. But could for sure use a face lift. Also Keep in mind this is a time share location.

I stayed in a studio villa with was pretty nice. The huge patio and jacuzzi were a nice touch. The room was right near the water. My daughter and I both enjoyed the waterpark. Having the restaurants, arcades, and other amenities on the resort were very convenient. The staff did offer rides on the carts to help navigate. However, once we gotta feel for the resort walking was not an issue. The staff did encounter were very nice. I would recommend and stay there again.
