We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, nice amenities and walking distance to many restaurants and sights on international drive. Only con is the hot tub; it had tall waterfall that was noisy and caused splashing, not much for relaxing. Pool was fantastic.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and each time never disappoints. We arrived on Sunday around 11:30 AM and we’re prepared to change into our swimsuits and sit at the pool until our room is ready. We left our bags with the bellhop and enjoyed sitting outside under the sun after ordering lunch at the bar. The food was amazing and fresh, and it was a beautiful day. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Staff was friendly. The room was perfect for my short stay. The hallways did have a funny smell, but the room was nice and clean. We did have issues with our room lights randomly going out, but we did call the front desk and they did get it taken care of within the half hour or so. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the amenities are what sold it for us! The pool was heated and the hot tub stayed open until 12am! The food options were a great variety and not to mention the location of the hotel, close to many food options along with all of the parks in Orlando! We could see sea world and epic from our room!

I have visited this hotel many many times all the carpets are extremely worn however they are addressing this with a refurbishment currently three floors are blocked off and the exterior is being painted. The staff are all superb, the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a cloud, can’t wait for the refurbishment to be completed. The pool area is great and selection of food at the deli is varied & reasonably priced, theres even microwaves & toasters for client use by the cafe. Would always recommend this hotel for its warmth and location
