Our stay overall was amazing! What really stood out to us was the thoughtful attention to detail and warm hospitality. We especially appreciated the welcoming birthday gifts and cupcake for our daughter—it was such a sweet and memorable surprise for her. The housekeeping service was exceptional. Our room was consistently clean and well-maintained, with a constant supply of drinking water and all the necessary hygiene essentials. We also really appreciated the thoughtful sleep essentials provided to help ensure a good night’s rest on our last night, as well as the earplugs for the plane—such a unique and considerate touch! The transportation to and from the parks was also incredibly convenient and made our Disney experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. All of these little details showed how much care went into making our stay special. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay again!

We got a park-facing room. It was beautiful - so clean and so spacious. The staff was excellent - from those working at the front desk to those working at the pools to housekeeping. The Capa restaurant was amazing - definitely worth it. And they had excellent, reliable transportation to and from the Disney parks. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

This has been the absolute best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. This hotel was very well maintained, the staff were superbly accommodating and every last person we met was extremely friendly towards me and my 5 year old son. The hotel is super kid friendly, the pools, lazy river were perfect for children and my kid LOVED the kids club! The spa experience was amazing and you are able to just enjoy the facilities even if you are not getting a service. The food at both the restaurants was delicious and even the room service was excellent. My son and I enjoyed breakfast and dinner in our room. The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable! My son and I slept great!! The view of the fireworks from the room was absolutely beautiful. They also make it super easy to get to the Disney Parks. The transport buses are luxurious and comfortable. All in all, this place was 10/10 for us. We will be back and will plan to bring more of my family next time. Worth every penny!!
