A hotel with great potential but as its only recently been acquired it needs work. It is very clean, the bedding was spotlessly white , the staff where extremely helpful, but we had to change rooms as ours had no hot water. the Air con in the new room was poor but working but leaked on the floor and carpet from its condenser giving a musty smell at times. The hotel is advertised as having free wifi but no wifi exists at this time, Oct 2026 with no apparent scheduled date to start. The on site restaurant, bar and pool bar were all closed apparently for refurbishment luckily there are restaurants and a bar in walking distance. There is a very nice pool but to cold for me to use and nice outdoor areas. I would stop there again but would defiantly ring them first to check state of refurb first. on the good side the resort fees were waived.
