"Visiting from Canada. Got married at grand ball room 39 years, wanted to come back and stay at hotel. Was nice stay this is my 2nd time returning to hotel, first time my husband and I stayed that room had church view and was nicer room this time I treated my sister room was okay, side view and beds were not as comfortable. "Hotel was fabulous room, environments excellent, however I felt harassed every time I went to purchase something the first thing said to me was “You’ve got to pay” of course I would pay !!!! Usually on check in I’m asked to leave a credit card for extra expenditures I was never asked, I didn’t think at the time but asking to put drink or breakfast on my room was a nightmare I was even asked to pay for a breakfast before even seeing the menu they wanted me to stand at the hostess desk read the...

"Great location for Bullring shopping centre and some local venues. Just a 5 min walk from Birmingham Moor Street and 10 min walk to Birmingham New Street Stations. Welcoming young lady on reception at check-in and spotlessly clean room. Good little kitchenette for preparing light meals during a stay. Have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend. Stayed in a studio apartment. "

"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "
