Really polite and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay, the room was nice and had everything you could need including a large flat screen TV, slight negatives was that parts of the room evedently hadn’t been cleaned such as window ledges as there were drink rings all over, however this wasn’t a huge issue ...
I found the staff very pleased. I knew the hotel was 3 star and although the room could have been updated it was clean and I had everything I needed on my short stay with my mum. Room was also quiet as requested for our stay!
The bed was sooo comfy, bar staff were great, they opened the bar for us for a late drink.

Coventry’s premium spa hotels offer services such as a fitness centre, sauna and steam bath, and there’ll also be a fitness room and swimming pool. Some of the spa hotels here also offer their guests exercise classes or even a personal trainer, and a yoga teacher if you choose to take private classes.
