"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. "Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. When we asked the member of staff for a fan, she tutted at me; explained it’s our fault we didn’t bring...

"The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night. The best sheets were dirty. The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold. There was noise all night"

"This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. There was also a party above us the night we stayed. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. I would not stay again."

Welcoming young lady on reception at check-in and spotlessly clean room. Good little kitchenette for preparing light meals during a stay. Have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend. Stayed in a studio apartment. "
