"This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

The only thing lacking was an English-language television news channel, an amenity found in other hotels even in smaller cities, like Hoi An and Hue. One likes to know what's going on outside Hanoi, too."

"This place was perfect for my one night stay in Hanoi before taking the train to SaPa! They greeted me by name and stored my luggage for me all day after I checked out but before my train departed in the late evening. They even let me shower in the evening after a long day of walking around so I would be fresh for the train! Highly recommend!"
