We had a couple of nights stay here before Christmas. The staff are all delightful and so helpful. Especially the deputy manager. I had had a hip replacement so they changed our room to a ground floor room without us having to ask. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Having mince pies on the reception desk was a nice festive touch. As other reviews have said the place is spotless and we had a very comfortable stay.

Very reasonable rates and very short walk to City Centre

Amazing value for money. Was able to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room very clean. Large room. Overlooking the Echo arena and wheel. Perfect location. Discounted parking. Great selection of breakfast, constantly being refilled.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere.This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Friendly and good service

This was our firt time to Liverpool and it was made extra special by the Dockside Aparthotel. We arrived after a 3hr road trip from Barrow-in-Furness and were greeted by a full car park and busy city as there was a Liverpool game and massive conference. The staff, despite being busy, went out of the their way to help me find a car park, as we were on a road trip and I was very happy to find parking behind the McDonalds across the road. Once checked in we were amazed to find a view of the quay...

Great location and apartment

Great location, very central, room was clean and comfortable, staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Loved that this hotel was a central location to everything that i wanted to do while i was on my visit. Staff were amazing rooms were fantastic bonus of having adjoining doors between rooms with my sisters so were able to all conversate and get dressed for night out without having to leave room to go to another. Will definetly use this hotel on my next visit in july.

Brilliant location and lovely staff. Bedroom and bedding were exceptionally clean, with fluffy white towels. Far exceeded our expectations.

We stayed for eight nights and were made very welcome by reception. Room was cleaned daily and was to a high quality. Staff could not do enough to make our stay an excellent one. Minibar was excellent as my wife diabetic.

Great location for exploring Liverpool with restaurants very close by. Had to call to find reception as it's actually round the corner down Cornwallis. Apartment was huge, 2 beds & 2 bathrooms - very quiet despite being 10 minute walk to Albert Docks and main shopping area Beds very comfortable and everything spotless. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed over on a Saturday night, with me going to watch the football and my wife going shopping. We then met at 6pm and had a terrific evening in Liverpool. We arrived early morning on the Saturday and were happily allowed to leave the car in the hotel car park. The host Mr Tacy is a newlywed, young, polite, and he kindly guided us through our stay with care, interest and genuine goodwill.
