"You must understand this is a one or two star motel. We have stayed here 4 times because it is so convenient for traveling to the EU. The rooms are very small, but they are clean and they have the extras we need: extra blanket, fan, hair dryer and coffee/tea. I love that we can get up and walk to Costa and then St Pancras…if you walk North there are some great shops and restaurants. King’s Cross is also a two minute walk."

"As I arrived in London in the morning, I headed to the Chester in hopes of getting an early check-in. I was told that there weren't any rooms available, and that I could leave my bags there. The bags are left in the lobby so I opted for waiting to see how quickly I could get into a room. A room was ready about half an hour later, but once I had moved my luggage, I realized that the carpet was damp near the bathroom. I went back to reception and told them that that room wasn't adequate. Another...
