"Good location, not super busy area. There are shared bathrooms, no in-unit bathroom, which I didn't realize when we booked. Also, the windows and walls are easy to hear through, so you hear the neighbors and goings on in the street. But the staff is nice and helpful. "

"Great location just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Furniture in room was falling apart, and washroom was very small but clean, had everything we needed to collapse after long days in London. Staff was friendly."

"The staff are friendly especially Alicia who is amazing and extremely helpful. Location is great, close to underground, train and bus stations, just 2-3 minutes walk. Also there are McDonald’s, Subway, KFC just around the corner."

"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."
