DO NOT STAY HERE.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We turned up at Hotel Lily and found the place so dirty that we were forced to leave. This hotel looks nothing like photos on hotel.com, this place is very run down and not habitable. The room had a very bad smell, there were bugs crawling all over the beds, the mattresses were stained and there was dirt and grime all over. The hotel has refused to refund the £400 we paid.

If you’re just looking for a cheap place not caring about cleanness and location then it’s fine but I would not come back due to the maintenance and cleanliness . They are nice people tho

March visit to London
This is still a good value hotel close to the tube, but it is getting very tired, friendly staff not as many as they had last year, explains why not as clean, a piece of paper lay outside the breakfast room two mornings Poor breakfast now only fried egg and beans with toast and coffee, used to get bacon and sausage with a choice of scrambled or poached egg The water is hot, but not enough to need to add cold, bathroom door sticking on the floor. The bed is clean and comfortable and quite, especially as it is under the Heathrow flight path I would stay again mainly because of price and location
