"The company that manages this apartment is awful. The day I arrived they called to tell me they moved me to a different location due to damage in the room. I am skeptical that they just overbooked. The new location was further away from where I needed to be costing me time and money. I asked for compensation for the switch which they agreed to, but still haven't come through on it. The check in process is terrible. They ask you for a time to meet to get the keys, which is fine. I showed up...
