Very nice hotel which is my favourite in Birmingham because of the price. The bar and the breakfast.
Ate there for evening meal for the first time and it was very good the plus being they serve until late compared to other local restaurants, it is near St. Paul's square where there are good restaurants. Also try Felinis in the Radisson Blu hotel 2 minutes walk away - it is a very good Italian restaurant within the hotel.

Centrally located in Birmingham City Center. Modern, contemporary, fresh, stylish, innovative design with vibrant and upbeat …More
Very well appointed hotel in every aspect except that the show is disappointing. The room views (we were 23rd floor) are fabulous. The club lounge facilities are a really nice touch for a pre-dinner drink and leisurely breakfast.
Stayed at the hotel with our kids and used as a base to go to Thomas land , statford and cadbury world. Hotel at reasonable location - 20 min walk to stations and centre . We have only praise for the hotel staff, room size and cleanliness . Everyone from reception , bar & restaurant are really nice , helpful and patient ( we had a 2 and a 3 year old with us - you test everyone's patience with them around :-) ) Special thanks to Daniel from the bar. Keep it up Novotel Biringham Central - we look forward to visit again !!
"Good location in Birmingham with onsite car park"
We booked a triple room which had 2 comfortable double beds. The room was spacious and well equipped. The only little gripe was that there were only two towels and two drinking glasses and we had to ask for the third.
We had no problem with check-in or check-out as mentioned in other reviews but the hotel was quite quiet as it was a Sunday evening.
The restaurant was a nice surprise with really delicious food and excellent staff. Breakfast was completely self service but had everything you might want.
A stone's throw from Gas Street Basin with it's many restaurants and cafe's (all chains though).
Overall it was a jolly decent hotel for a very very reasonable price. Would stay again.
We chose this hotel as it was close to the NIA and was an excellent price. Lovely hotel, convenient for the NIA, lovely friendly staff and comfy room. Only downfall...very slow lifts...lovely breakfast with lots of choice..would definitely stay here again. The car park was difficult to find as its situated in Tennant street and has its own postcode.
This was a lovely hotel, would definitely stop hear again, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through that door we loved every minute of our stay.
One thing I would say the gym could do with a bit updating but it's still a good little gym.
Overall we were pleased with the hotel - great for a family stay with kids. It's location is excellent, being close to the City Centre. The rooms were good, comfortable. The only downside was the plumbing for the bathroom where the flush was slow and the buttons difficult to press for little ones. If this is improved, then it would have been 5* all the way
A good little tip is that there is a reduced rate for breakfast if you book in advance and children eat free if a breakfast is purchased.
Overall a avery enjoyable stay
Pleasant and relaxing environment. Modern but not eccentric style (I am not a fan of Radisson Blu). Couldn't be any more central, easy access to best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. Generously sized room and bed. Helpful staff. Long queues at check in and check out.
Really modern hotel with good, clean, well laid out rooms. Bed was comfortable and great facilities. the iMac was a great addition as were the neutrogena toiletries.
I ordered room service and the lady who took my order was extremely friendly. The food when it arrived was really good too.
The only down side, is parking at the public car park next door - great, safe and well lit carpark literally next door - but this could bump up the cost of your stay if you were staying for several days, even with the Hilton discount on the parking.
But, the hotel was worth it and i would definitely stay here again.
Had a bad start as my book in was wrong when I arrived.my son is in the QE hospital hes just had a heart transplant n my stay was 2 spend time with him.thanx 2 the staff they sorted it 4 me in very quick time. We had a great stay.
