"Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being free". They also state that the carpark is £18 for 24hours. It was £25. We picked this hotel based on the spa being part of it. "

"Room was ok, tv remote wasn’t fully working but that was no major issues and there were some marks on the bedding even though it was clean. Decor could do with a refresh and the room was very warm but a comfortable stay "
