An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...
